The Honey Club has a membership committee made up of a diverse and influential group of individuals in the industry. We’ve got DJs, directors, owners and moaners, head chefs and editors, broadcasters and brand ambassadors.

The Committee is an informal cabinet for the quality end of the restaurant, bar and drinks industries. It will be responsible for developing the Club as a major force for industry issues. It will provide a discussion forum across and within sectors, and between some key individuals in the industry and the media. It will also be responsible for inviting key industry professionals to join the Club, vetting and approving applications for membership, and developing new member benefits.

The founding committee comprises:

  • Arthur Baker
    DJ, co-owner of Harlem and The Elbow Room.
  • Nigel Barden
    Broadcaster, food, drink and travel writer.
  • Robbie Bargh
    Co-owner of Hospitality Consultants, The Gorgeous Group
  • Rainer Becker
    Chef and co-owner of Zuma and Roka
  • Dale DeGroff
    Author of The Craft of the Cocktail
  • Jonathan Downey
    Owner of The Match Bar Group, The Player, Milk & Honey and Trailer Happiness and co-owner of The Proof Beer Company
  • Mark Hix
